리눅스에서 SMART 실패

드디어 8년간 사용하던 NAS의 하드디스크에서 에러메시지가 발생했다. 몰랐는데 매일매일 SMART 검사 에러메시지가 메일로 오고 있었다.

이 디스크는 2008년에 생산된 삼성의 250GB 하드디스크. 지금이 2023년 말이니 대략 15년간을 작동한 셈. 내가 나눔받아서 사용하게 된게 2015년 초였고 15년 중에 그 절반은 거의 24시간 켜져있었다. 이정도 사용하면 불량섹터가 서서히 생겨간다는걸 알 수 있었다.

집에와서 해당 디스크의 파일을 모두 지우고 NAS에서 분리했다.
